FLAVOR: We got the urge to add black garlic to our classic Paulman Acre Fermented Hot Sauce. But we didn’t add just any ole black garlic. Nosir! We slow-fermented several “hot” varieties of European garlic for over a month at the California Hot Sauce Solutions facility to get our Fermented Garlic Hot Sauce exactly where we wanted it.The hot garlic provides an extra layer of umami spicy love. Grab a spoon and dive right in!

INGREDIENTS: Chili Peppers (Red Savina, ScotchBonnet,Habanero), BellPeppers, Vinegar, Shallots, Water, Fermented Garlic (Romanian Red, Korean Red, Purple Glazier), Coconut Oil, Salt, Agave Nectar, Spices.
